Faxing, Scanning & Computers

Computers

Euclid Public Library provides free computer access. Computers are equipped with a variety of productivity software and internet browsers.

Printing and Copying

Beginning Monday, November 2, 2026, library cardholders will receive a $7 weekly allowance for printing and copying, replacing the previous $1 daily allowance. This credit can be used all at once or throughout the week for any combination of black-and-white or color printing and copying. The allowance resets every Sunday.

Printing and copying rates are:

  • Black-and-white: 10¢ per page
  • Color: 20¢ per page

Rates apply to both single-sided and double-sided printing. All printing must be done on library-supplied paper.

Adding Funds

Patrons who need to print or copy beyond their weekly allowance can add funds to their library card using cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover), or contactless payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay).

Additional funds never expire and are nonrefundable.

Library Cards and Guest Access

A library card is the easiest and most convenient way to access printing and copying services. Guest options are available for individuals unable to obtain a library card, but additional fees and restrictions apply.

For assistance accessing computers or using printing services, visit the Children's Desk, or Information Desk or Checkout Desk.

Computer Classes

The computer class schedule includes a variety of introductory computer courses. Registration is available through the library's online calendar.

Scanning

Free scan-to-email service is available at our printers. A library card is not required. Information Desk staff can assist with this process.

Faxing

Outgoing fax service is available free of charge at the Checkout Desk.

The library cannot receive faxes for patrons or send faxes to numbers outside the United States.
