Before closing our doors on Friday, March 13, the Library launched a Customer Satisfaction Survey to plan our 2021-2026 Strategic Plan. What did the results reveal? Ninety-three percent (93%) of our library users are generally satisfied with the Library’s resources! The Euclid Public Library showed significant increases in all index areas, including programs, technology, staff, the collection and operations. Sharing this positive news during such a difficult season reminds me that we truly can achieve the impossible.
