1 LIBRARY LIAISON SPRING/SUMMER 2025 Spring / Summer 2025 VOLUME 7 / ISSUE 2 Director’s Report Kacie V. Armstrong Get Ready to Build a Better World with Euclid Public Library’s Summer Reading Program! The Board, staff, and volunteers of the Euclid Public Library are thrilled to invite you to our Friends-sponsored annual Summer Reading Program: Build a Better World! This year’s theme ties really well into our ongoing renovation journey. As we’ve been unveiling our “book chapter” themes this year, we’re taking a deeper dive into the worlds of construction, innovation, and creativity—together as a community. Since we’re in a temporary location this summer, we’re hosting a special kick-off celebration for Euclid families on Monday, June 2, 2025, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Ss. Robert and William School (351 East 260th Street, Euclid, OH 44132). Come celebrate and have fun with Jungle Terry as we learn about animals big and small. And the fun doesn’t stop there. Join us all summer long at Shore Cultural Centre for a full lineup of programs for every age group—from children’s activities to adult workshops. Don’t miss our popular Stories in the Park at Sims program, a welcoming space for families looking for a cool and fun way to enjoy stories. Looking ahead, we’re especially excited to invite all our neighbors and friends to celebrate a huge milestone—Euclid Public Library’s 90th Anniversary on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Sims Park from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. It’s going to be a day to remember! 475 E 185th Street / Euclid, Ohio 44119 / (216) 261-5300 / euclidlibrary.org / Connect with us!
