Euclid Public Library now offers LibCal, a new online meeting room reservation platform patrons can use to schedule meeting rooms remotely. Euclid Public Library and CLEVNET cardholders can book and check the availability of meeting rooms at EPL any time of day from any computer or mobile device. Users can access the LibCal platform by visiting www.euclidlibrary.org/meetingrooms and agreeing to the meeting room policy.
Once selected, patrons will be prompted to choose “Public Meeting Rooms,” and filter their selection to accommodate their capacity needed and desired reservation date.
Once a room has been selected, meeting room users will use the timeline to choose their start time and end time. All meetings automatically have a two-hour window, but users can increase their time (if available) or decrease by using the drop-down window in the ‘Submit Times’ section. Once users have confirmed their desired time and location, select ‘Submit Times.’ Please note, meetings require a thirty-minute setup and break down time automatically included in the reservation; please only select the time the meeting will start and end.
Meeting room users will be directed to a new page where they must enter their valid Euclid Public Library or CLEVNET library card number and pin. Please note, without a library card and pin, users will be unable to make reservations online. To get a Euclid Public Library card, please visit the Circulation/Check-Out Desk today.
Once the library card number has been approved, LibCal will direct users to the ‘Booking Details” page to complete the application. Once users click continue, they are acknowledging that they have read and understood the Euclid Public Library Meeting Room Policy regarding meeting room and equipment use, and as the representative of the not-for-profit organization, they guarantee to comply with the policy. Users must include the group name, phone number, and the number of anticipated guests before submitting.
Room availability will be up-to-date, and the library will notify applicants about their request within a 72-hour window. All requests made must fall within the designated four-month interval outlined below"
