Alzheimer’s and other memory loss conditions profoundly impact a person’s ability to communicate with others.  Caregivers are encouraged to join us as the Alzheimer’s Association explains how to decode verbal and behavioral clues and develop ways to connect and communicate with those suffering from memory loss.  Please call 261-5300 ext. 0 to register.

Wellness and Pain

Tonight’s speaker, Physical Therapist Thomas Adams, will talk to us about chronic pain, its symptoms, causes, and ramifications.  During this one-hour discussion, we will discuss strategies to manage pain, especially alternatives related to physical therapy and general health.

The Power of Pollinators

The vital role of pollinators for our plant life, food supply, and economy is illustrated in this evening’s gardening program.  Greg Cada from the Cuyahoga County Master Gardeners will provide an overview of several types of pollinators and measures that any gardener can take to support the health and numbers of pollinators.
