  • The Drain

    Why?

    Why don't you cry?

    Why do you lie?

    Why do you smile?

    Do you think we're senile?

do you think we don't see the pain?

There's everything to lose and nothing to gain

Why do you play these painful games?

My trying to make sense of this is driving me insane.

I don't know who to blame.

    Is it you, me them?

    It's a damn shame

that even though it hurts we still do the same thingIt's like a damned drain

  • The Duty of Man

The place of a woman in a man's heart

is to cherish her body and her love from the start

You should give her the love she so desperately needs

until you know her by heart, and her mind you can read

to have all her dreams, to wipe all her tears

to be with her always, to share all her fears

to love to get love, to accept her right and your wrong

to sing her to sleep with her favorite love song

to care and to show love as much as you can

    in ...

  • Untitled

Dark and Light will never be one

Except for the twisted shade of gray

glowing as they rise and set

on blank paper alone they lay

    Gray is the ugly shadow

that will sit upon your face

    stomping you into the ground

like its running in a race

    My eyes are cunning devils

showing gray as a measley pawn

I will forever see Light as Dusk

and the Dark will forever be the Dawn

They have no line in between

yet they never cross the border

with a time to come and a time to go

    if ...

  • My Mistake

    I walk the school halls

    Smiling, acting normal

    Your new girlfriend

    is in my English class

    every day

    sitting in front of me

    I bear her smirks

    in silence

    her contempt is my badge

    of shame.

    Knowing

    that you left me

    because I cheated.
