Polar Bears

polar bear swimmingPolar bears have lots of thick fur and layers of fat. This helps them stay warm in the arctic north where they live. Polar bears are good swimmers and climbers. They live on drifting ice, but will swim or wander great distances searching for food. Seals are their primary meal.
Global warming has decreased the amount of ice for the bears to live on. Will polar bears be able to live without the ice?
