Fitness Through Martial Arts
Children and adults alike will benefit from the training of Capoeira Martial Arts instructor, Michael Smith. Mr. Smith presents workouts and techniques to better advance your health and lifestyle. The first part of this three-week series will focus on a basic introduction of body movements, followed with more advanced movements in the next two classes.
Please wear clothing that permits you to move comfortably. You may regiser for all three classes by calling the library at 261-5300, ext. 0.
For children and adults, we will meet on the same series of Saturdays, but the time is different for the adult and children's classes.
