With dozens of regional cuisines and a spice trade going back centuries, India is a country with a rich culinary history! It may be hard to choose just one dish to share.

 

 The way our Cook Book discussions work is that we ask you to bring in a dish to reflect this month's theme. The dish should be large enough for about 20 people to taste. Don't forget your recipe and you will go home with a copy of each dish shared this evening!

 

It's a lot of fun and a great opportunity to expand your culinary talents! Please call to reserve your place at the table.
