Every woman should learn how to defend herself - and what better instructors than two of Euclid's police officers!

 

 Officer Jennifer Kroczak and Officer Mike Knack will cover hands-on instruction from avoidance to the safest way to hit, kick and escape from an attacker. The class covers various scenarios from walking down the street or getting money from an ATM, to waking up with someone in your bedroom. FOR WOMEN ONLY.

 

 Don't hesitate since space is limited. All ages are welcome. The class runs from 1:00p.m. to 4:30 p.m. It will be held each Sunday through February. Dress comfortably!
