Our Cookbook Discussions are always a lot of fun. The way it works is that everyone brings a food item that was created with tonight's unique theme in mind. Bring this dish, along with your recipe and join us for great food to taste, and a full collection of recipes! Please register in advance so we can set a place for you!
Tonight's theme is "It's Mardi Gras Time!" From Jambalaya to King Cake, this winter celebration has some of our nation's finest food traditions. This month we'll bring a little piece ofNew Orleans to the shoreline of Lake Erie when we share our favorite Mardi Gras foods. Bring your recipe plus a dish for about 20 people to taste.
