Our sessions will be scheduled as follows:

August 7 - Hatha Yoga - a gentle introduction to Yoga
August 14 - Vinyasa Flow - a more vigorous form of Yoga
August 21 - Restorative Yoga - all poses are done on the floor supported by pillows
August 28 - Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation/relaxation style of Yoga
Wear clothing you can stretch in and bring a mat if you have one. You'll be more comfortable if you don't eat a large breakfast before the sessions!
